At Netflix Shop, we want you to love your fan gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all products are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
